Job Description

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing after-sales services for AURA AERO aircraft. You will contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience, from the purchase of the aircraft to its operation, ensuring high-quality support for our customers. Your mission will be to ensure customer satisfaction through the performance of our aircraft and the related maintenance, spare parts, and training services.

As such, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and manage an internal support organization to address customer needs in airframe, engine, and electrical service via phone calls and on-site visits ;

  • Establish service centers in markets where the density of aircraft warrants a facility, potentially through third-party providers ;

  • Lead efforts to minimize Aircraft On Ground (AOG) situations, ensuring a swift response including spare parts, technical support, and on-site assistance ;

  • Oversee the development and delivery of training programs for pilots, recognizing that training is an integral part of Aura Aero's service offering ;

  • Manage maintenance training programs for individuals or flight departments who wish to maintain their own aircraft. This responsibility includes developing curricula and ensuring effective training delivery ;

  • Monitoring and reporting on after-sales service activities and team performance.

Description du profil

Required profile ️♂️

With a higher education background in customer support, bringing 5 to 10 years of proven experience in customer service or support, field maintenance, technical hands-on experience, or a related function.

This position requires a high degree of customer commitment, sales support skills and managerial ability to serve demanding customers.

You demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, enabling effective collaboration across all levels of the organization.

With a commanding presence and excellent presentation skills, you adopt a strategic, hands-on, and detail-oriented management style.

As a team player and builder, you empower and motivate others, providing constructive feedback, mentorship, and showing patience and persistence.

Additionally, you are capable of making tough decisions regarding both strategy and personnel, ensuring the success of your team and the organization.
