Our client is a European start-up specializing in electronic warfare and precision localization in the defense sector, which is establishing a complete team in Toulouse.

Key points of the position :

Reporting to the CEO and CTO, you will participate in military precision localization projects using Ultra Wide Band frequencies.

As an Embedded Software Engineer, your missions will include:

• Analyzing functional requirements and writing technical specifications,
• Designing and developing embedded software in C language,
• Developing hardware drivers to interface electronic components (MCUs, DSPs, Radars),
• Merging data provided by sensors,
• Conducting simulations,
• Performing tests and debugging.

Necessary skills:

• With a background in electronics, you have at least 10 years of experience in a similar position.
• You are proficient in C language development.
• You have expertise in signal processing.
• You are familiar with MCUs and DSPs and data fusion.
• You have good knowledge of UWB or nearby frequencies.
• Ideally, you have prior experience with radars.
• Fluent English is imperative.

A defense clearance will be necessary for this position. You must either have French nationality or be a citizen of a NATO member state. No nationality or dual nationality outside NATO will be considered.
